The Etabag family are members of Tangub Missionary Baptist Church (TMBC) since 1995. Pastor Pete was called out to work as the Senior Pastor of that church when Bro. Rayburn Freeman (previously the Director of BMAP Publications & Pastor of TMBC) left for Mississippi, USA as the Director of BMA of Mississippi Missions. Now, Pastor Pete is working full-time at TMBC together with Pastor Rey Hilado the Associate Pastor. Mrs. Grace Etabag on the other hand helps out in the Music Ministry of the church as the Choir Director and Pianist. Working with her is Pastor Hilado's wife, Mrs. Melanie Hilado who plays the organ and helps out in the Outreach Ministry. Their children are also in the Church Ministry. Peace is a Sunday School teacher and a choir member. Bon Karis is also a choir member and he's helping his mother train the choir.

For several years already, TMBC has been actively involved in the ministry of the Baptist Missionary Association of the Philippines (BMAP) and the Baptist Missionary Association of Negros Occidental (BMANO). The church itself has it's own ministry, which has been supported for more than a decade: the School (Tangub Christian Academy, TCA), Deaf and Here's Hope Ministry.

"Here's Hope Feeding Program"

Here's Hope Feeding Program helps nurture malnourished Filipino children, pregnant and lactating mothers. This ministry is spearheaded by Bro. Don Newsom, the pioneer and lone American Missionary of BMAA in the Island of Panay, Philippines. Last year, this program was extended here in Bacolod City. The said program was adopted and operated by TMBC in cooperation with the Tangub Barangay Council. Here's Hope Feeding Program is under the Here's Hope Ministries, which was initially started in the Island of Panay.
